Green Jobs Illawarra

Community Forum

 

What: An evening to have your say about creating green jobs in the Illawarra.

 

Green Jobs Illawarra is a new initiative which aims to promote sustainable industry and green skills in our region.

 

The Green Jobs Illawarra project will focus on:

 

·        Expanding the scope for renewable energy

·        The demonstration and promotion of green construction

·        Identifying new research initiatives, skills development and training priorities.

         

Community involvement will be a vital part of this innovative project.

 

To find out more and to contribute to the success of the project, you are invited to attend this important community event hosted by Futureworld.

 

When: Thursday July 16th at 6.30 pm

 

Where: Futureworld Eco-Technology Centre,

    Lake Illawarra Foreshore,

    Northcliffe Drive (opposite Walker St) Warrawong.

 

Cost: FREE (Includes light refreshments)
