10 Weeks in Power, 10 Regressive Acts by the NSW Coalition Government

1. Attacking the right of public sector workers to collectively bargain
2. Abolition of the Environment Department
3. Privatising the operations of Sydney Ferries
4. Abolition of the Solar Bonus Scheme
5. Opposing the equal pay claim for community service workers
6. Attempts to remove the right of unions to prosecute negligent employers over workplace injuries
7. Moves to abolish environmental protection in marine conservation parks
8. Closing the independent NSW Parliamentary Budget Office after it contradicted Liberal claims about the budget
9. Imposing a blanket ban on release of all public service briefs prepared for the incoming NSW Coalition Government
10. Changing legislation to keep a Liberal MP in parliament who was ineligible to stand for election and was unconstitutionally elected

If that’s what the Coalition Government has done in only 10 weeks, just imagine what they’ll do over the next four years.
